I’m No Longer Terrified to Check My Luggage Thanks to This Apple AirTag

I don’t trust airlines with my things. There, I said it!

As a carry-on-only traveler for over a decade, I like to know where my bags are at all times because I’m terrified they will get lost. At least, that’s how I used to feel before the Apple AirTag came into my life, and right now it’s on sale for just $25.

I would use a travel backpack or smaller roller bag, but those bags wouldn’t cut it on a 10-day three-country European vacation I recently went on. I could track my bags when we took off and again when I landed back in the States. My favorite feature of the Apple AirTag is that my luggage was clearly displayed on a map.

I was also impressed by how easy it was to set up the Apple AirTag. Simply put it next to your phone making sure you have Bluetooth enabled and follow the prompts. The small device instantly syncs to the Find My app. I attached it to an interior zipper in my suitcase, but if you need to tag more than one bag, opt for the four-pack, which is discounted, too.

The AirTag was even helpful when I wasn’t flying. On trains, I had to use the luggage storage at the front because my bag wasn’t small enough to fit in the compartment above my seat. I checked the app to see if it was still there as we approached different stops along the way.

And when I had to leave my bag with the bellhop, I knew when it made it safely to my room. Then, when I left it behind in the hotel and at our bed and breakfast, I had peace of mind knowing that it was stored safely in a closet.

I’m not the only one who’s a fan of this best-seller. Thousands of Amazon shoppers have given it a perfect rating, and more than 10,000 people have scooped one up in the past month alone. “AirTags are great for so many reasons,” one reviewer enthused. “We use them for luggage on flights, backpacks for work and school, and for our dog.”

Plus, they are flight attendant-approved. “These are super easy to use and definitely worth the money. I put one in my flight attendant bag whenever I have to check it,” another reviewer wrote

If you’re looking for a smart device to track your suitcases, keys, and so much more, head to Amazon now to score an Apple AirTag while it’s on sale.
